Qualifications: MPhil Physics (Oxon); PGCE; Winter Mountain Leader Instructor; BCU Senior Instructor.

Mr Bevans has been a houseparent at Rendcomb for over 10 years while also holding the position of Head of Physics.

Mr Bevans is a lover of the outdoors, as can be seen in his mountain leader training, and can often be found walking his dog Bronwyn through Rendcomb’s 230 acre grounds.

“In Lawn House we aim to create an open and friendly atmosphere and have an open door policy to both pupils and parents.”

“As a houseparent we expect every one of the boys to demonstrate tolerance and thoughtfulness towards each other and recognise that it is not always easy living as part of an extended family.”

Mr Bevans, along with Mr Thomason, love spending time with the boys in the sports hall, holding football tournaments along with a number of other activities.
