Registration into our Nursery typically entails the following steps:

• Initial enquiry
• Personal Visit
• Registration
• Taster Session
• Offer of a place
• Acceptance

Children are able to join our Nursery in the Term that they turn 3 years old (providing they are potty trained).

Following on from your initial enquiry we will invite you to come and visit us, have a look at our fantastic surroundings, pop your head into a nursery session, led by our Head of EYFS, Kim Hardie, and meet with our Head of Juniors, Gavin Roberts.

Once you have decided if we are the right fit for your child we would ask you to fill in a registration form and pay the required registration fee (£100).

The next step would to be for your child to experience a taster session in our Nursery, allowing them to meet the other children and for them to get a feel for what a typical session is like. There are a variety of options available as to which session you wish your child to attend and can be arranged with our Admissions Team at this time. Each session includes different activities and will be chosen based on your child's interests and suitability. 

Once a taster session has been completed you will be offered a place in the knowledge that your child is the right fit for Rendcomb Nursery life and an Acceptance Form shall be sent along with an offer letter for your child. The Acceptance Form will need to be completed and signed by both parents and returned to the Admissions Office. The form will be provided with a copy of our Parental Contract containing our terms and conditions.

It is then up to you to accept the offer and proceed to arrange a starting date.

Once a place has been accepted and a start date confirmed, the Admissions Team will provide you and your child with joining instructions containing information about any uniform, along with other key information and essential forms.

Throughout the process our Admissions Team are on hand to help with any questions you may have (outside of our FAQ section) and aid you in your registration.
