Bursaries
In keeping with the original charitable aims of the Founder who set up Rendcomb College in 1920, the purpose of our bursaries are to widen access to the College for children whose parents would otherwise not be able to afford a Rendcomb education. The amount of the bursary award is not influenced by the level of the academic ability of the child but by the extent of need and each case is assessed on its own merits with awards being made accordingly.
Parents wishing to apply must complete a Financial Circumstances Form which is available from the Admissions Office.
Forms should be completed 12 months in advance of the year of entry, to allow the school to assess the level of bursary against need.
The school will use the services of Bursary Administration Limited in order to discuss new applications and reviews fully with parents and gather the necessary information to assist the decision making process. Accordingly, all applicants’ details are passed to them and they will contact you to arrange to meet and complete the process.
Bursaries may also be awarded in conjunction with Scholarships.
