Nursery
Children may join Rendcomb College Nursery in the term they turn 3 years old and we accept applications throughout the year.
Children may stay for the whole day from 8.10am to 3.30pm or stay for just the morning or afternoon session with an option to include lunch. All drinks, snacks and lunches are included in the Nursery fees. We also offer free Morning Club from 7.45am and a chargeable after school club until 6pm. Our stimulating and inviting Nursery provides an unrivalled environment for learning and outdoor activities. The Nursery is located within Rendcomb College’s Junior School and children have access to Rendcomb College’s wider facilities including the extensive grounds and Forest School.

Individual development
Each child has their own foundation stage journal enabling staff and parents to track their development. The journal also enables a smooth transition from Nursery into Reception.
Practical activities enable children to experience literacy, numeracy, science and many other subjects. Throughout Nursery, children develop a thorough grounding in key areas of learning and they benefit from a range of visits and co-curricular activities week including weekly Forest School sessions, French, ballet, music, singing and cookery. This diverse programme enriches the education of each child and facilitates progress and achievement.
The Nursery children enjoy their own designated dining area which enables them to settle and grow in confidence.
